I come to your home for 2-3 private prenatal sessions where we:

I provide birth doula support throughout San Francisco and the surrounding Bay Area, including Oakland, Berkeley, Daly City, and Marin County. If you’re outside these areas, reach out—I may be able to accommodate or refer you to a trusted doula.
What’s the difference between a doula and a midwife?
A midwife provides medical care, monitors your baby, and can deliver your baby. A doula offers non-medical support, focusing on emotional, physical, and informational guidance. Doulas and midwives work beautifully together to provide comprehensive, well-rounded birth support.
Do you take insurance or HSA/FSA?
Many clients use HSA/FSA funds to cover doula services! I can also provide detailed receipts if you plan to seek reimbursement from your insurance provider. Check with your insurance provider to see if doula services are covered under your plan.
